Robinhood at Bitcoin 2025

As part of Robinhood Crypto’s brand elevation strategy, I supported the execution of a large-scale sponsorship Bitcoin 2025 in Las Vegas. Our team brough Robinhood’s presence to life through a Moon Tier sponsorship that included a custom 30x30 ft branded lounge on the expo floor and a high-profile afterparty at Zouk Nightclub. The activation featured immersive on-site experiences including a conference booth, merch store, premium swag, and dynamic LED branding visible throughout the venue.

The campaign extended beyond the expo with full afterparty ownership and branding across Zouk and the Empire Room, offering exclusive VIP access, branded environments, and custom touches like signature cocktails and step-and-repeats. With over 100K attendees at the conference and thousands more exposed to Robinhood’s messaging via digital signage, social content, and media placement, the activation helped solidify Robinhood Crypto as a bold, innovative player in the Web3 space. This project exemplified experiential marketing at scale—connecting with high-value traders, industry leaders, and retail investors through immersive brand storytelling and strategic placement.
